Castania pays very special attention in choosing the raw nuts that are imported from the countries of origin like :
                   Pistachios from Iran
                   Cashews from Brazil & India
                   Hazel Nuts from Turkey
                   Macadamia from Australia
                   Peanuts from China
                   Pumpkin seeds from Russia & China
                   Almonds from U.S.A & Spain
                   Etc…
After being submitted to strict tests within Castania plant, the imported raw nuts are first stored in special fridges of storage,capacity 2000m3 and then segregated before roasting . this implicates  that all discolored and damaged products are immediately detected and eliminated.
